About the Author
Roger Ballard established his unique form of Mindfulness over 45 years of practicing meditation. Having travelled the world seeking peace of mind through traditional eastern philosophies, he developed his own process, initially to find peace and happiness for himself. With time people were drawn to him, wanting to access the profound quietness of spirit, peace, happiness and generosity they observed in him.
In 2006 he published the book ‘The Way of the Carrot. A layperson’s Guide to Finding Peace’ to outline this simple yet profound process. This is an invaluable book designed to guide a person through the process of training the mind, on how to let go of unconscious core beliefs that having been driving us all our lives, and how to develop an inner dialogue that is clean (unattached to outcomes).
